Replacing items on an existing form

  • Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Exams > Exams 

  • Click the exam you wish to change and click on the “Design” tab towards the top of the screen.

  • Click on the part, then section of the test that contains the item you wish to change.

  • To remove an existing item, click the x in the top right of the item. The form will refresh after removing an item.

  • Click on the item bank in the listing of “Linked Item Banks” in the bottom right corner.

  • Search for an item by Tag, name, or domain

Note: If the item you search for does not appear after linking the item bank, it is most likely that the item has not been published for usage. To publish items: https://prolydian.ladesk.com/946754-Publishing-Item-Changes

  • Check the box next to the item(s) you want to add
  • Click the "Add checked items" to add them to the form


After you've finished updating form items, you may wish to create a new exam version
