Reviewing flagged exams

When an exam attempt is flagged for possible violations, an email will automatically be sent to the exam event manager. Exams are reviewed differently depending on the proctoring service.

Via Examity

If this is your first time accessing the new Examity system:


To review the exam session:

  • Go to Test Takers
  • Search for the examinee
  • Click on the matching result
  • Click on Appointment History at the bottom of the test taker details page
  • Click Detail next to the exam that needs to be reviewed - here you will find the flags, notes, and any available video

After reviewing the session:

  • Go to https://app.prolydian.com
  • Go to Events > Examinees
  • Search for the examinee
  • Click the actions dropdown icon (three dots) next to their record
  • Click Finalize exam results

Via ProctorU

  • Log in to your ProctorU account at http://go.proctoru.com/
  • Go to Sessions in the upper navigation bar
  • Select All Sessions and click "View" on the listing for the candidate's session
  • Click the Incident button on the right hand side to view any violation flags
  • You may either approve or invalidate the results
