- Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Events -> Events and search for your exam event
- Click the three buttons next to your exam and click "Manage"
- Go to the "Notify" tab and click the "Create new" button
- Attach the email template by clicking the dropdown under "Use this template." and fill out the conditions conditions under which the email will be sent:
- Click "Save."
The steps for adding templates to applications and credentials are the same. Simply access the application at Applications > Applications or the credential at Credentials > Credentials.
