How to Add support@prolydian.com to Your Contacts

To help avoid having notifications from Prolydian going to your spam, updates, or promotions folders, you can add the support@prolydian.com email address to your contacts.  Here is how to do it with several populate email programs:

Gmail

  1. Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to https://contacts.google.com
  2. Click the Create Contact (plus sign) button and choose "Create a contact"
  3. Enter support@prolydian.com as the email of the new contact
  4. Save

Microsoft Outlook (On the web)

  1. When logged in to your Outlook.com e-mail account, click the down arrow next to the Outlook logo and name in the upper-left corner.
  2. Click the People option.
  3. Click the New option to add a new contact.
  4. Enter support@prolydian.com as the email address
  5. Click Save to save the new contact.

Microsoft Outlook (Not on the web)

  1. With Microsoft Outlook open, click the People option in the strip at the bottom-left of the screen.
  2. Under the Home tab in the Ribbon, click the New Contact option in the "New" section at the top-left.
  3. Enter support@prolydian.com as the email address.
  4. Click Save & Close.
