Follow the steps below when the candidate is ready to take their exam

Open a browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)

Option 1: Direct the candidate to log in at https://app.prolydian.com and have the candidate click the “Unlock” button on the My Exams page

Option 2: Direct the to https://app.prolydian.com/home/launch and have the candidate enter the Examinee Unlock Code that was included in their Authorization to Test email

The system will redirect the candidate to the proctor unlock page

VERIFY THAT THE CANDIDATE’S NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS ARE CORRECT

Enter the Proctor Unlock Code

Click the Unlock button
The system will redirect the candidate to the Exam Introduction page. The candidate should read through all exam instructions and then click the Start Exam button. The NDA will display next. The candidate must accept the NDA to begin the exam.
