Logging into your account - Visit https://app.prolydian.com/ (https://app.prolydian.com/) and enter your username and password - Click Log in Logging out of your account - From any page within Prolydian click on your initials in the top right corner - Click Logout

- Login to your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com/ (https://app.prolydian.com/) - Click on your initials and select Account - From the “Account Info” tab you can - Change your username - Update your contact info - Change your default login screen - Set a preferred language (Currently the options offered are English or Spanish) - Set your timezone - Click Save after making any changes

- Login to your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com/ (https://app.prolydian.com/) - Click on your initials and select Account - Select the “Password” tab - Enter your new password in both text boxes - Click Save

To create a new password please follow the instructions below: - Visit https://app.prolydian.com/ - Click on Forgot Password? - Enter the email address associated with your Prolydian account - Click Submit You will then receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.
