To create a new password please follow the instructions below:
- Visit https://app.prolydian.com/
- Click on Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Prolydian account
- Click Submit
You will then receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Please allow at least 5 minutes to receive the email and be sure to check your spam folder.
