Some situations require you to administratively create an application for an applicant. After you apply on behalf of an applicant, the applicant will be able to access the application by going to Applications > My Applications. Follow the steps below to use the "Apply on behalf of" action:
- Go to Applications > Applications
- Search for the application you wish to create for the applicant
- Click the actions icon (three dots) next to the application
- Click Apply on behalf of
- Search for the applicant by email address or name
- Select the matching result
- Save
You will be redirected to the created application which will allow you to add their information (if desired) and confirm that the application was successfully created.
