Reviewing an application

After an applicant has submitted their application for an exam, certification renewal, or continuing education credit it will appear on the Applications page for review. The review process is established when the application itself is created and can be set so that submitted applications are sent to one or more users within your organization for review. 

  • Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Applications > Applicants
  • Select the desired filters and choose an application to review
  • Click on the application name to start your review

  • Review the contents of the application by scrolling down through the different sections.
  • When you’re ready to approve or reject the application click on “Complete review”
    • Otherwise, see Application Review Actions for details on how to leave a note, view references, request additional information, add an additional reviewer, and change the application status

 

  • After clicking “Complete review” select your decision in the pop up window click “Save.”

 

 

  • To continue to the next application that needs to be reviewed, or navigate between applications, click on the next/previous arrows at the top of the page.

 

Please note, if you leave the current application without completing the review be sure to click “Save” at the bottom of the page to save any notes or changes made.

As the application is reviewed and approved or denied the applicant will be able to view its status on their “My applications” page and will be notified of the result via email if the application has notifications set-up.
