Application notifications

Notifications are emails sent to applicants during specific stages of the application process. These can be set up and customized from the Notify tab within an application’s management page.

Adding a notification

  • Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Applications > Applications
  • Click on an application to access it
  • Click on “Notify”
  • To add a new notification click on “Create new”

 

  • Choose your desired settings
    • Normally the notification is sent from the application manager to the applicant
    • Templates need to be created beforehand

 

  • Click “Save”

Editing a notification

  • Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Applications > Applications
  • Click on an application to access it
  • Click on the “Notify” tab
  • Click on the three dots to the left of a notification
    • Select “Manage” to edit the settings
    • Select “Preview” to preview the email
    • Select “Remove” to delete the notification
