Tagging items
Think of tags like sticky notes you can put on things to help you find them later. They let you group items in any way you want. Domains, on the other hand, are like filing cabinets—each item can only go in one. Since some things might relate to more than one cabinet, people use tags as extra labels to show other connections.
- Choose the item bank containing the items you wish to tag. Click the three-dot menu on the left of the item and select 'Manage'.
Find Tags and select + to enter a tag.
Tags available for selection (applied to other items) will display as you type. You can also create a new tag by entering a name not on the list and selecting the checkmark.
An existing tag can be modified by hovering over it and selecting the pen tool. To change the text, simply enter a new value and click the checkmark icon. To remove the tag from the item, click the “X” icon.
- Tags may also be managed from the item listing. Click the “plus” icon to add new tags. Modify an existing one by clicking on the tag.
