Overriding renewal rules

In situations where renewal rules need to be bypassed (e.g. to allow an expired individual to renew or allow renewal with insufficient CEs), an administrative user can override the renewal rules on the user's certification record by following the steps below:

1. Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Credentials > Certificants
2. Search for the certificant
3. Click on the matching result
4. Check the "Override renewal rules" checkbox and save

Any renewal rules will be bypassed for the next renewal of the individual's certification. This flag will be reset after the next renewal.
