Some situations may require you to transfer a certification from one user account to another (for example, if the user creates a new account instead of logging into an existing one). The instructions below outline how to move the certification from one user account to another.
- Go to People > Users
- Search for the user account that currently has the certification
- Click on the matching result
- Click on the Certifications tab
- Click the actions icon (three dots) next to the certification you want to transfer
- Click Change person
- Enter the email address of the user you want to transfer the certification to
- Click on the matching result
- Click Save
