Creating users

Users within Prolydian can be created from the Users listing.

  • Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to People > Users

  • Click the Create new button to access the user creation dialog. Only the user's First Name, Last Name, and Email Address are required, but you can also click on the Address, Phone, and Role buttons to refine the user's data and permissions.

The Role section will allow you to add a global system role (which allows the user to access the relevant system features) and delegate permissions to that users.

  • Click the "Description of Roles" link to view which system features each role has. You can add one or more roles for the user. Delegated permissions allow you to grant the user access to specific sets of data for your organization.

  • If you wish to give the user access to organizational data, select the relevant roles from the Make user a(n) dropdown and then select your organization from the for dropdown. You can select one or many roles. The table below details the data the user will be given access to for the most used delegated roles.
