Changing a user's password
Admins can change a user's password following the steps below.
- Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to People > Users
- Search for the user by name or email
- Confirm that the "User needs to verify email and update password" message is NOT displayed below their name. (This message indicates that the account has not been activated.)
- Click the 3 dots next to their name and choose "Change password"
- In the window that opens enter a new password twice and click "Save"
If a user account has not been activated, you can resend the account activation email, or the user can click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Prolydian login page to activate their account and reset their password.
