Resending Prolydian account activation emails
After a new user account is created in the Prolydian platform that user will be sent an account activation email with a link where they can verify their email and set up a password. This link is active for 7 days. If a user does not receive the email they should first check spam folders and add support@prolydian.com to their safe senders list.
If the email cannot be found or it's past the 7 day window an admin user can resend the account activation email following the steps below. Please note, if the account was created using the wrong email address please update the email and username before resending the activation email.
- Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to People > Users
- Search for the user by name or email
- Confirm that the "User needs to verify email and update password" message is displayed below their name. (This indicates that the account has not been activated.)
- Click the 3 dots next to their name and choose "Resend new user email verification and password update"
- A "Successfully sent email verification and password update!" banner will show indicating the email was sent.
- Please allow 5-10 minutes for the email to reach the candidate.
If a user account is already activated, the user can click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Prolydian login page to reset their password, an admin user can reset their password, or the user can contact support@prolydian.com for additional assistance.
