Resending Prolydian account activation emails
After a new user account is created on the Prolydian platform, the user will receive an account activation email containing a link to verify their email and set up a password. This link remains active for 7 days. If a user does not receive the email, they should first check their spam folder and add support@prolydian.com to their safe senders list.
How to resend
If the email cannot be found or the 7-day window has passed, an admin user can resend the account activation email by following the steps below. Please note that if the account was created with the incorrect email address, update the email and username before resending the activation email.
- Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and navigate to People > Users
- Search for the user by name or email
- Confirm that the "User needs to verify email and update password" message is displayed below their name. (This indicates that the account has not been activated
Click the 3 dots next to their name and choose "Resend new user email verification and password update"
- A "Successfully sent email verification and password update!" banner will show in the upper right hand corner indicating the email was sent.
- Please allow 5-10 minutes for the email to reach the candidate.
- If a user account is already activated, the user can click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Prolydian login page to reset their password, an admin user can reset their password, or the user can contact support@prolydian.com for additional assistance.
