Enabling and Disabling an Application
This article provides step-by-step instructions on enabling and disabling an Application. Disabling an application will prevent candidates from filling out and submitting it.
- From your Prolydian dashboard, navigate to Applications > Applications
- Select the application that you'd like to disable
- In the setup tab, uncheck "Form is active" and "Application is user accessible"
- "Application is user accessible" will determine whether the application can be seen by the candidate or not when they are searching for an application.
- Press the purple "Save" button to save your changes.
- "In Progress" applications for a disabled application can be left as is or removed.
- If payment has been made, you will need to determine if they should first submit the app or refund and have the candidate re-pay.
- Update the landing page, handbook, and other candidate-facing documents.
