Changing an Application Submitter

Some situations may require you to change an application submitter from one user account to another (for example, if the user creates a new account instead of logging into an existing one).  The instructions below outline how to move the application from one user account to another.

  • Go to People > Users
  • Search for the user account that currently has the certification
  • Click on the matching result
  • Click on the Applications tab

 

  • Click the actions icon (three dots) next to the certification you want to transfer
  • Click Change application submitter
  • Enter the email address of the user you want to transfer the certification to
  • Click on the matching result
  • Click Save
