Adding a note or attachment to an application
During your review of an application you can leave comments that will be visible to you and any administrative users with permission to view applications.
- Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Applications > Applicants
- Click on the application name to access it
- Click on the arrow next to “Complete review”
- Select “Add note” from the drop down menu
- Enter your note and any applicable documents and click “Save”
Viewing application notes
- You can view any notes attached to the application by clicking “Notes” on the side menu
Administratively starting or restarting a review
This will either start or restart the review process and will set the application status to “Under review” (or the review status defined in your application workflow) once again, removing any notes or additional reviewers that have been added.
- Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Applications > Applicants
- Click on the application name to access it
- Click on the arrow next to “Complete review”
- Select “Administratively restart review” or "Administratively start review" from the drop down menu
- Click “Ok” to confirm
Assigning an application reviewer
If a different reviewer who was not originally assigned to an application needs to review it they can be added here. Please note they must have the appropriate feature access to be assigned.
- Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Applications > Applicants
- Click on the application name to access it
- Click on the arrow next to “Complete review”
- Select “Assign reviewer” from the drop down menu
- Choose a reviewer from the list and click “Save”
Viewing application reviewers
- To view all reviewers assigned to the application click on “Reviewers” in the side menu
- To remove a reviewer from the application click on the three dots to the left of their name and select “Remove”
Requesting additional information
This form is used to request specific information from the applicant not included with their application.
- Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Applications > Applicants
- Click on the application name to access it
- Click on the arrow next to “Complete review”
- Select “Request information” from the drop down menu
- Follow the onscreen instructions and click “Send request” when finished
- The applicant will be sent an email listing each section with missing information and the details you provide. They will then be able to resubmit the application with the missing information.
Viewing applicant references
- Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Applications > Applicants
- Click on the application name to access it
- Click on the arrow next to “Complete review”
- Select “View references” from the drop down menu
- A pop up will appear with the information, click “Cancel” to exit
Viewing an applicant’s application and exam history
- Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Applications > Applicants
- Click on the application name to access it
- Click on the “History” tab
- Click on “Application History” to view all applications submitted by the applicant
- Click on “Exam History” to view all exams taken or registered for by the applicant
Viewing application emails
This page displays emails sent to the applicant regarding the application progress. Notifications can be set up on the application management page, for details see Application Notifications.
- Log into your Prolydian account at https://app.prolydian.com and go to Applications > Applicants
- Click on the application name to access it
- Click on the “Emails” from the left-hand menu
Click “View email” to preview the sent message
Resending Application emails
- From the Emails window within an application review click on “Resend email” next to the message you’d like to send
