Activating and Deactivating a Credential
A step-by-step guide to activating and deactivating credentials. Disabling the credential prevents candidates from being able to have it conferred to them. This only applies to candidates that do not yet hold the credential.
- From your Prolydian dashboard, navigate to Credentials > Credentials
- Select the credential you'd like to activate/deactivate.
- In the "Setup" tab under "Credential Details and Settings," click the "Credential is active" checkbox.
- Activating a credential allows candidates to apply for, and receive, the credential.
- Disabling the credential prevents candidates from being able to have it conferred to them.
- Note: This only applies to candidates that do not yet hold the credential. The credential stays with any candidates that still hold it and can be used as normal.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Save"
